Full color 13 inches by 19 inches poster 2005 broke more records than we could keep up with. The most notable perhaps were the 28 total "named" storms for the "season". There were 21 names that were on the 2005 list of tropical storm/hurricane names and all 21 were used up. Then, the NHC went to the Greek AlphaBet and six of those letters/names were used. There was also an officially unnamed sub-tropical storm in October that gave us a total of 28 tropical cyclones for the Atlantic during the long-lived 2005 hurricane season.
