Minimum system requirements:
Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher
Broadband connection (cable modem, DSL, etc.) to enjoy several concurrent video streams
- Our service is not guaranteed to work on any Mac platform. We utilize Windows Media Encoder and Windows Media Player to broadcast the live stream. If you are a Mac user, CLICK HERE to test with a sample stream. If you can see the video console playing video clip, then our service will work on your Mac. If you do not, please do not subscribe unless you can access a Windows based PC.
- AOL users: you will need to use Internet Explorer web browser and NOT the AOL web browser to access our streaming consoles and other services. If you cannot or do not wish to use Internet Explorer, then please do not subscribe.
- Keep in mind that we will be streaming live video, with audio at times, using the very latest in mobile broadband Internet technology. There will be times when we will not be able to stream any content. However, these cases will be rare- but they do happen. We will be working very hard to set up the remote cameras and to have the live Tahoe cam (with audio) running during our missions. When we succeed, you will be there with us as it happens. It is like a LIVE science experiment that you can be a part of. You can send us emails and we can actually talk to you through our live feeds. Just realize that we are up against one of the most awesome forces of Nature and sometimes the hurricanes win.
- You are supporting not only our work to perform these missions, but also emergency management and first responder access to our services as well. We do not charge a fee to any emergency management or first responder agency to utilize our video streams or other services. Your subscription will allow us to work with local officials, at no cost to them.

- Exclusive access to our radar and satellite animations which include 30 frame loops, geographic layers and tropical cyclone tracking
- Members' only message board/forum- this will be a great way for all of us to communicate, learn and share information about our hurricane missions
- Email notification of live streaming video events exclusive to our members
